Icon is owned and operated by a seasoned team of real estate professionals with decades of hands-on real estate experience. Founded in 2012, Icon has participated in approximately $3billion of transactions in the residential, multifamily, retail, office, industrial and ground up construction sectors. Icon is a fully integrated firm with professionals across all real estate investment, development, and property management disciplines.

Icon is a direct provider of debt and/or equity on a short and long-term basis, capital provided for the acquisition and refinance of event driven, value-add, transitional, stabilized and ground up construction opportunities nationwide. We combined forces with a select group of strategic partners, acting as capital providers, equity partners and Co-General Partner.
